Reading Guy Kawasaki’s “Reality Check” on “The Art of Moderation” :) . The success of a talk is significantly result from the role of the moderator’s hidden hand. Facilitating the communications, understanding (and mastering) the issue, selecting the panelists, allocating the time (30% for Q&A, no more & no less), etc. Why shouldn’t the mod introduce the panelist? Why shouldn’t the mod intense eye contact to the panelist? Why 30%? Oops, I’m now on the next chapter. The Art of Blogging. Sorry :)
